How do I heat up my meals?
Heat your meal in 30-second increments, up to a maximum of 3 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remember to remove the lid before heating!
You can heat your meal in the microwave.
How long do my meals last?
Your meals are prepared fresh and contain no artificial preservatives; therefore, each meal is labeled with a "use by" date. If you cannot consume your meal by that date, we recommend freezing it and reheating from frozen without thawing. Always ensure that your meal is reheated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees to guarantee freshest taste!

When should I expect my delivery?
Deliveries occur on Saturdays and Sundays between 10 AM and 6 PM depending where you are located.
If you place your order after 8 AM Eastern Time on Saturday, please expect your delivery the following day, Sunday.
How can I track my order?
On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification via text and email with your estimated delivery time. You will also have the ability to track your driver!
