What is the difference between the Balanced Plan and Weight Loss Plan?

The weight loss plan has approximately 4oz of protein per meal and the balanced plan has approximately 6oz of protein per meal .

We deliver Saturday and Sunday depending on your location. At checkout you will find out what day is your zone scheuled for.
