    Where do you deliver?

    We deliver to: New York, Bronx, New Jersey, Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens Nassau County, Westchester County, Rockland County, Conneticut and more.

    When should I expect my delivery?

    Deliveries are made Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm depending on your location. On the day of delivery you will receive a notification via text and email with your expected time of delivery.

    How long will my meals last?

    Every meal is labeled with the "use by" date.

    How do I heat my meal?

    Heat your meal in the microwave in 30-second increments up to 3 minutes until it has reached an inner temperature of 165 degrees.
